Frequently Asked Questions

Yes for a two hour birthday party we have space reserved for your food! We even have relationships with local eateries that can provide food for you! Just ask!  

For a 45 minute paint session we cannot guarantee that we have space for you to eat as we reserve it for the larger parties, just give us a call and ask, if your group has less than 6 people we may be able to accommodate it.  We are in a quaint walking district and there are a lot of delicious restaurants for you to visit before or after your session with us! 

You bet'cha! We have an elevator, ramp, tables in each room that a wheelchair can fit under and all doorways have a 36 inch or greater clearance.

You will get messy. Wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little paint on.  We recommend dark colors. We do have poncho's, safety glasses and shoe covers.   We are not responsible for your clothes getting messy.  We also have t-shirts to buy that you can change into and wear into your paint suite. 

We have a public washroom that you can wash up to your elbows in as well as showers, bring your own towels, shower shoes and hygiene products if you plan to use the shower. 

If you are concerned about keeping your car clean after, we suggest bringing a towel for your seat just in case. Forgot your towel? Don't worry, we also have solutions at the shop for you.

You can purchase more during your experience just flag down your PaintTender!

 Yes. Please do! You can take your art to the drying station and blowdry it. If you need assistance just ask a PaintTender for help! If you need to leave your art to dry flat you can leave it in our studio for up to a week. 

 Our PaintTenders will give you a quick demonstration in the room on their favorite ways to use all of our textured and sensory painting items and then we leave you to it! If you get stuck and need inspiration flag us down and we'll be happy to assist! Our process isn't about the finished piece it's about the chaos and freedom of releasing energy into creating abstract art. Our paint is made to splash and splatter, not to create Fine Art.   

Some tips for creating art: Identify an emotion you want to create (orange, red, black = anger)

                                                Is there a specific color combination you really like? 

                                                Paint an element (blue + yellow + white = water)

 We have multi-stall bathrooms that you are welcomed to change in.  We even have showers!

 We require 24 hour notice for cancellations for a full refund on splatter passes.  We can change your appointment time to another time with notice as well!  If your party size decreases the same day you'll get all of the supplies that would have come with their pass to increase your experience but we cannot do same day partial refunds. For a same day cancellation we can credit your visit to another day. We do not offer refunds or credits if you did not communicate your cancellation with us.  

We will refund your $300 deposit if you cancel 14 or more days prior to your party date.
